Create Your First Zoom Meeting In EventTitans
Login to EVENTTITANS and navigate to EVENTS module.
Create or Edit an event and navigate to SETUP tab
To integrate ZOOM Account and create a meeting or webinar, choose any of the sub tabs. (Sponsors, Agenda, Challenges)
Click on Add New/ Edit existing data in any of the sub tab.
Now Scroll down the page and Click on the WEBINAR INFO tab.
Organizers have two options
1. Link the Zoom Account and Create a New meeting / webinar
2. Use existing meeting /webinar URL
If you create a new meeting or webinar using Zoom, the relevant information will automatically appear in the URL and instructions fields.
Unlink Zoom Account
Clicking on Unlink Account displays below pop-up for confirmation. Once clicked, the Proceed Anyway button unlinks your Zoom account successfully.
After unlinking the account in EventTitans, you should Navigate to https://marketplace.zoom.us/user/installed
Authenticate your account with the ZOOM login information used to link your account. Select Installed Apps
Then click on UNINSTALL to remove the complete data and information between ZOOM and EVENTTITANS.

What organizers ask when connecting Zoom to an event.
Where do I set up the Zoom connection?
Inside the event, not in a separate settings area. Open the event in the EVENTS module, go to the SETUP tab, pick one of the sub-tabs (Sponsors, Agenda or Challenges), add or edit an entry, then scroll to the WEBINAR INFO tab.
Do I have to create a new Zoom meeting?
No. There are two options: link your Zoom account and create a new meeting or webinar, or paste an existing meeting or webinar URL. Use the second if the meeting already exists in Zoom.
Do I have to copy the join link across manually?
No. If you create the meeting or webinar through Zoom from here, the URL and instructions fields are populated automatically — that is the point of linking the account rather than pasting a URL.
How do I disconnect Zoom properly?
Two steps, and the second is easy to miss. Click Unlink Account and confirm with Proceed Anyway. Then go to the Zoom Marketplace at marketplace.zoom.us/user/installed, sign in, open Installed Apps and click UNINSTALL to remove the data shared between Zoom and EventTitans.
Is unlinking in EventTitans enough on its own?
No. Unlinking here disconnects the account, but the app stays installed on the Zoom side until you uninstall it in the Zoom Marketplace. Do both if you want the connection fully removed.
Can I run a pre-recorded session instead of a live one?
Yes. Live and pre-recorded webinars can both be integrated directly into the event, so a recorded keynote plays inside the same agenda as the live sessions.
Will attendees be reminded before the session?
Yes. Reminders go automatically to registered attendees before the event, which is the direct lever on no-show rate. Wider campaign tooling is in event marketing.
Which parts of the event can hold a Zoom session?
The Sponsors, Agenda and Challenges sub-tabs each accept webinar info, so a sponsor session and an agenda session can each have their own meeting. Agendas are built in session management.
What else can I connect besides Zoom?
